Michael Marrazzo is the Founder and CEO of Summit Facility Solutions, a national leader in integrated facilities management. With a relentless focus on innovation, customer service, and operational excellence, Michael has grown Summit from a regional janitorial provider into a comprehensive, multi-division powerhouse serving clients across the United States and Canada.
Under his leadership, Summit has been recognized as a five-time INC. 5000 National honoree (best rank #85, Top 100), a five-time INC. 5000 Regionals Northeast honoree (best rank #6), a winner of EY's Entrepreneur of the Year® 2026 New Jersey Award and NJBIZ Business of the Year 2024 Finalist, a 2023 INC.
