Summit Facility Solutions was founded in 2018 by Michael Marrazzo Jr. with a simple but powerful goal: to transform the way businesses experience facility management. Rocco Bove and Eric Malament joined as Founding Principals, helping shape the vision and drive its early growth.

What began as a regional janitorial provider has grown into a comprehensive, multi-division powerhouse — offering 12 service lines across the U.S. and Canada. Today, Summit manages hundreds of millions of square feet of commercial, industrial, and institutional space, serving clients in virtually every industry.
